Any atypical and increased desire for salty food, usually means that your body suffers from some infection or inflammation, especially in the urogenital (both urinary and genital organs) system.

2. Cravings for Sweet Food

Common instant desires for sweets are usually a sign of nervous exhaustion because in this case, the body requires glucose in order to get energy.

3. Cravings for Sour Food

This type of cravings signals that there is something wrong with the function of the  liver and the gallbladder. By consuming sour food an extra stimulation is provided to these organs.

4. Cravings for Raw Food

Liver and gastritis problems are usually signaled by raw food cravings because this type of food has the ability to calm and soothe the upset stomach, and also alleviate and eliminate cramps.
