According to ASP Afia Tenge, when police arrived at the scene, they saw the knife in the stomach and the hip of the deceased whose name was given as Tina.
She said the suspect after the interrogation told the police that she was a psychiatric patient and immediately reported the incident at the Accra Psychiatric Hospital after committing the heinous act, but was later asked to report to the police.
