According to a post shared by a Facebook user identified as Elsie Halima Ijorogu-Reed, a woman was caught in the Abraka main market in Delta state, while adulterating the ground pepper she sells to the unsuspecting public.
According to Elsie, the woman had mixed the pepper with akamu (pap), garri, and palm oil to give it colour, before she was caught.
Sharing the post with pictures, Elsie wrote:
"Speechless! ! This is wickedness. This Obiaruku woman was caught mixing grinded pepper with akamu, garri and colors, palm oil yesterday in Abraka main market, Delta State."
