An unidentified man has been caught on camera using a stolen ATM card in Lagos state.
A twitter user, @Princesslizzy73 shared a message on her page claiming that the man stole her Fidelity Bank ATM card and went to withdraw money from her account.
She said: "this guy stole my FBN ATM Card, went 2 Fidelity Bank to withdraw my cash. Pls help rebroadcast @Gidi_Traffic"...
