Lagosians forced a phone thief to roll in the gutter in Iyana Ipaja (photos)

Instead of the usual jungle justice Lagosians in Iyana Ipaja have forced a phone thief to roll around inside dirty gutter after he was caught stealing 6 phones.

The thief was humiliated after he was caught stealing 6 phones in Iyana Ipaja area of Lagos. He was asked to jump inside gutter and roll around in dirt.
